Charge Regularization

Recoverable-charge regularization is computed automatically from the meter readings and supplier invoices entered in Cleemo. The landlord enters the actual yearly charges and the platform produces a per-tenant breakdown pro-rated to occupation, against the monthly advances paid. The breakdown is delivered as a clean PDF with supporting detail. Automation removes the calculation errors that are common when this is done by hand.
