Lease Agreement

Cleemo generates lease agreements compliant with local regulation for residential lets. The wizard guides the landlord through the mandatory information: party identity, property description, rent, indexation (the relevant IRL reference quarter is auto-derived from the start date), deposit, due day, special conditions, energy and emissions ratings. The PDF preview is editable inline before signing: start date, end date, due day and special conditions can all be tweaked directly in the preview. The lease is then signed electronically by the landlord and the tenants in a sequential flow.
