Property Inspections

The digital inspection report replaces paper forms with a guided room-by-room wizard. For each room the landlord or agent records the state of floors, walls and fixtures, attaches photos and writes observations. The unit's rooms are remembered between visits, which makes the move-out inspection significantly faster. The final PDF is signed electronically by the landlord and the tenant and archived in the lease folder. The format is suitable for legal use in case of a deposit dispute.
