Tenant Application

Application management lets a landlord receive complete tenant application files online: ID documents, income proofs, tax notices, employment contract, guarantor. The candidate is invited by email or via a public link, builds their rental folder and submits the application. The landlord reviews the documents (browser preview), compares multiple candidates on the same unit and accepts or rejects with a notification. An accepted application can be converted into a lease automatically.
