Rent Receipts

Cleemo generates rent receipts automatically each month, on the date the rent is marked paid. The PDF includes the legally required information (rent amount, charges, period covered, landlord identity) and is emailed to the tenant if the option is enabled. Tenants can also download their full history from the dedicated portal. Landlords can bulk-export receipts for accountants or tax filing. Receipts are customisable with your logo, contact details and a free-text message.
