AI employees for real estate agencies
Cleemo puts a team of AI employees to work for a real estate agency. These are not "AI" buttons bolted onto software: they are defined roles running defined tasks — the ones that already fill an agent's or a property manager's day.
The ten agents
- Front desk and client relations: emails, messages, routine requests, booking appointments.
- Prospecting: new sellers and landlords, unsold properties, outreach drafted then approved by the agency, valuation appointments.
- Sales: seller and buyer follow-up, matching, viewings, offers, notary file.
- Lettings: listings, applications, viewings, checks limited to the documents the law allows, rent-to-income ratio, lease. The choice stays with the agency.
- Property management: leases, rent indexation, notices, rent receipts, payments, arrears reminders.
- Maintenance and claims: urgency triage, contractors, quotes, scheduling, follow-up to resolution.
- Co-ownership: owner requests, general meetings, resolutions, works.
- Accounting: payment matching, bank reconciliation, service-charge calls, management reports.
- Documents and compliance: missing paperwork, filing, draft mandates, leases and addenda reviewed and signed by the agency.
- Property marketing: listing copy, photo selection, distribution to connected portals, spotting listings that are not landing.
An AI Manager above the others
The agency does not have to pick an agent. It writes the request in one sentence, and the AI Manager identifies the file, mobilises the relevant agents, coordinates tenant, landlord and contractor, then hands back a single summary.
Three autonomy levels
The AI advises, the AI prepares, or the AI acts on an authorisation written by the agency. Preparation is the default: nothing goes out without approval. Every action is logged, attributed to an agent and attached to a file. AI employees are reachable from Cleemo, on WhatsApp or on Telegram, by text or voice message. Pricing is by quote.
