Rental Status

Rental status is the reference view in Cleemo: for every unit you see at a glance the current tenant, the rent due this month, the payment status and any arrears. Rents are generated automatically on each lease's due day and marked paid as soon as a matching bank transaction is reconciled. You can filter by property, by lease or by status, export to CSV and jump to a tenant's record in one click. The aim is to let an individual landlord answer "is everything up to date?" in under ten seconds, without spreadsheets or third-party tools.
