Document management lets a landlord store every piece of paperwork tied to a property in one place: leases, inspections, certificates, refurbishment invoices, insurance attestations, charge supporting documents, and any correspondence with tenants or freeholders. Each file is linked to the unit, property or lease it belongs to and stays accessible to authorised people. Files are previewable directly in the browser (PDF, images, .docx) and downloadable. Full-text search retrieves a document in seconds, even on portfolios with hundreds of items.
