Electronic Signature

The Cleemo e-signature flow lets a landlord get a lease, an addendum or an inspection signed by multiple tenants without printing or scanning. The flow is sequential: the landlord signs first, then each tenant receives a link to sign in turn, with timestamp and audit trail. The final PDF is generated automatically and stored against the unit. Signatures are eIDAS-simple compliant, sufficient for routine landlord-tenant acts in France and most European jurisdictions.
